With 30+ years in the business, FCT is trusted and relied upon by government contractors for schools, shires, community buildings and police departments and is the preferred contractor for smoke/fire damage cleanups for insurance companies.

1. Bookkeeper
We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BAS, GST, and tax reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- BAS Preparation: Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements accurately and on time.
- GST Management: Monitor and reconcile GST transactions to ensure compliance with Australian tax laws.
- Tax Reporting: Assist with end-of-year tax preparation and ensure all tax-related documentation is complete and accurate.
- General Bookkeeping: Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Financial Reporting: Generate regular financial reports for management review.

2. Technician (Pressure-washing, Abrasive Blasting, etc.)
At FCT, we take pride in delivering top-notch home improvement and maintenance services to our valued clients. We’re a dedicated team known for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We’re currently looking for a reliable and skilled individual to join our team as a Pressure Washing / Handyman.
As a Pressure Washing / Handyman, you will be responsible for performing pressure washing tasks and a variety of handyman services. Your role will involve enhancing the exterior aesthetics of properties and carrying out maintenance and repair tasks as needed. If you have a knack for fixing things, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you! We operate in a range of fields from concrete pool construction and restoration, decorative concrete blasting and surface restoration. To graffiti removal, brick Cleaning, fire cleaning and other restoration works.

- Experience in wet abrasive blasting or similar.
- C class drivers licence.

3. Sales Development
FCT Surface Cleaning are an Osborne Park based surface restoration company. We have been in operation for over 30 years and complete various cleaning/restoration jobs including pressure washing, sandblasting and graffiti removal. Our clients range from Commercial, Residential and Government bodies.
We are currently searching for a new dynamic Estimator/Salesperson with leadership qualities to assist with quoting and job management due to continued growth. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and make this role their own.
Qualifications & experience:
- Experience in a similar sales role.
- Experience in trade/construction industry desirable.
- Need to have great communication skills and be personable.
- Must have drivers licence and reliable vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create relationships with Building Companies, Insurance offices, government organisations and private organisations.
- Estimating/quoting.
- Job management/supervision.
- Client relations.
- Assist with marketing/lead generation plans.
